Sydney provides an accessible face-to-face counselling service that offers empathetic support during challenging times. In a confidential and non-judgmental, our qualified counsellors work with individuals and couples to develop effective coping strategies and foster in moving forward.
Your Mental Health Matters
We are pleased to offer an appointment-only service for individuals and couples aged 18 and over, available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Our primary focus is on clients residing in the Sydney CBD region. In-person sessions take place at our office in Castlereagh Street, which is accessible by parking and public transport. Should attending in person be difficult due to certain conditions or circumstances, we invite you to discuss this with us, as we may be able to arrange a telehealth consultation to better suit your needs.

All our counsellors are members of the Psychotherapy and Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and can help you access other services and providers if needed.
